It’s been s busy first week of January I o say the least. I am glad it’s Saturday and I made it to o Fort Lauderdale as did my friend Jerry. We each flew on red-eye flights to southern Florida. Jerry came on American Airlines via Charlotte and I flew delta via Atlanta.
One bitchy Lesbian next to me aside, I got to Atlanta with some sleep. Then 2 hour lay-over and o to Fort Lauderdale where a hertz car awaited us. How I love the perks of President circle which let’s me pick the car of choice – today it’s a Cadillac XTS.
A lovely brunch right on Fort Lauderdale beach with Bloody Marys kicked off the day in style.
After a good afternoon nap, we went to see Saturday’s ships take off through the Port Everglades sea channel. Amazing!
One night to go before we board. For now it’s just the catalog and deck plan that gives us an overview.
