After a restful night of sleep, we got back on the Toyota Hi Lux and drove to the highest point in the park, all bundled up as it was very frigid. The stary skies escorted us, southern cross, Milky Way and all. My reflection of this peaceful moment -one with nature- was how much i miss this type of experience. It was a constant companion for the years I travelled across the U.S. in the 90’s, traded in for 20 years of growth and life. It is time for me to reclaim this part of my soul and be present for the natural wonders this planet has to offer.
