Awesome scenery, great friends, and lots of delicious meals made this week fly bye quickly. Overall the trip exceeded expectations with the weather being the only thing that could be improved.
Well rested after a good night sleep at the DoubleTree hotel overlooking Hilo bay, we returned our Chrysler 300 to Hertz and went through securityto catch our flight.
No other airport offers outdoor lounging in comfy chairs Hawaiian style (see image above). 
We all agree that we needed more time ( lucky fir Kurt and Jim, they continue for another 7 days) , so a re-do will need to be scheduled soon fir Greg and I to explore Maui and Kauai.
Love Hawaii, love mai tai’s even more now, and best of all is Island time. I am trying to bring some of that home with me.
