It’s been even longer than my last time in the Dominican, that I stayed at a Cub Med property. It was at the ski village at Leysin in the Swiss alps which is a far cry from this modern Caribbean village feel that greeted me.

With a full day of experience under the belt, I can say that I have fallen in love with the concept and it’s excellent staff. The mix of French flair, premier Caribbean oceanfront location, and the plethora of activities, pools, and entertainment create an appealing mix for every type of guest.

Activities galore is the only way to describe the menu. From every water sport imaginable to nightly shows, DJ outdoor club, and SPA for women and a novel men’s barbershop concept both by l’Occitane, every need is covered. Add to that three levels of accommodation choices and you can tailor any stay to your every need. Talk to your favorite travel advisor to make your pick.

Stay tuned for more reporting on the water sports and beach experience. As it is late here now, I am calling it a night and grab some beauty sleep.
