Over the last few years, high end hotel options expanded in San Miguel de Allende with the openings of the Rosewood and most recently, the Aqua property. This stay represented my 4th stay at a Belmond property, each unique and charming, integrated into the respective local culture, and staffed by passionate locals that go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. It represents the pinnacle of hospitality from my vantage point.
